How To “Very” Quit Smoking

Did I say commitment? You’ll be thinking, “Whoa now, quitting smoking sounds too onerous if I have to create a commitment”.
I quit smoking four times before I “extremely” quit smoking. This can be what typically happens with smokers. They wish to quit but they extremely don’t want to quit. Thus after they quit they begin smoking again. They never set it in their mind to “very” quit.
So what are the variations between the person who will quit for good and the person who quits only to travel back to it again? Completely nothing, except the one who “really” quit set it in their mind to quit - they truly knew they’d quit even before they quit. Ask anyone who has ever quit, they’ll tell you the same thing.
Every one that has ever quit smoking permanently had this robust conviction to never go back to the smelly, stinking, rotten, cancer ridden cigarettes once more!

Smoking is a sturdy laden addiction that consumes the smoker while not even realizing it till they are in need of a fix. That is right, fix! The most effective approach to quit smoking is cold turkey. The rationale for that’s because it gets all the nicotine out of your system quicker, purging the urge to wish to smoke when quitting.

But then I surprise why would I am going to any or all that hassle when somebody does not “very” need to quit? I believe I might be wasting my time. The actual fact of the matter is, unless someone “really” desires to quit smoking, they won’t be in a position to quit for good. It’s as easy as that.

So if you “very” wish to quit smoking, understand in your heart that now it’s for good, set you date, be committed, write your affirmations and scare tactics, and that is all you will need. A prayer or two would not hurt.
