It seems like all that start smoking at a certain time will eventually try to tips for quitting smoking. In the entire world, there are 1.2 billions of smokers and paradoxally, more than 70% of them live in the developing countries. During the last 10 years, many things have been spoken and written about smoking, a habit that is deeply rooted in humanity’s origins for many centuries. It’s almost incredible how many people want to quit when they wanted to start themselves in so great numbers at a certain age. The main question here is: Why do young people start smoking? But addressing to a teenager that smokes is not very simple, and all age and social related issues must be regarded. Studies on how to hypnosis to quit smoking show that young people start smoking right after they turn 13, or at least most do. Young people decide to smoke based on social influence and pressure.

The mass media influence on the smoking path of a young person can also be a determinant factor. A German study, which targeted to follow for a 5 year period the advertising industry’s role on young people’s smoking decision, concluded that after this interval, a rise of 62% of young girls who started smoking. If young girls see successful and beautiful women in commercials, they will believe that if they smoke they can be just like them.

Another series of unhealthy habits or negative behaviors can also lead to smoking in young people. Amonsgst these factors we can remind the parents that smoke themselves, the tendency of teenagers to drink and use drugs or some mental problems. The majority of smokers come from people who did not have breakfast all the time and people who hated sports.
